Hyundai Genesis Ranked Best Mid-Size Premium

Ahead of the nameplates’ introduction to Australia, Genesis (Hyundai’s premium sub-brand) has been awarded the ‘Most Dependable Mid-Sized Premium Car’ in the annual JD Power Vehicle Dependability Study.

The Genesis sedan was first launched in North America in 2009 - and as the JD Power study tracks new car buyers’ satisfaction over the first three years of ownership, this was the first year the model was up for consideration.

One-from-one is a good score in any business – especially as the Genesis had previously won the North American car Of The Year.

Overall in the 2012 JD Power survey Hyundai leapt into ninth place overall – the first time the Korean giant has ranked in the top 10.
