BMW has announced prices for the new 3 Series Touring (wagon) models which go on-sale in February.

The new 3 Series Touring follows BMW’s current philosophy of being offered in standard trim and with packages. For the 318d, the Luxury Line, Modern Line and Sport Line each add $3,768 while for the 320i, the packages add $3,152 each. Only the 320i gets the M Sport package which adds $6,844.
BMW says the latest 3 Series Touring is lighter and larger than its predecessor and provides a larger interior.

The all-turbocharged lineup starts with the 105kW/320Nm 318d diesel and the petrol version (320i) provides 135kW/270Nm. Both drive through BMW’s superb eight-speed automatic transmission with auto start-stop but only the 320i gets steering wheel paddle shifters.

Rear seats split-fold 40/20/40 and cargo capacity with all sets folded is an impressive 1500-litres (495-litres with the seats in-place).
The lineup is:

318d $58,900 $62,668 $62,668 $62,668 N/A
320i $62,600 $65,752 $65,752 $65,752 $69,444
