Lexus CT 200h Upgraded For 2013

by Marc Greig - 14/12/12

Lexus has announced some improvements for its slick CT 200h luxury hybrid hatchback.

Premium model CT 200h scores the changeable Drive Mode Select instrument lighting (changes from blue to red in accordance with your diving style), retractable exterior mirrors and Bluetooth with enhanced iPod functionality. These features bring the Premium model in-line with other Lexus CT 200h variants but there has been no price change – still starting from $39,990.

All models adopt digital radio (DAB+) and where satellite navigation is fitted, a new hard-drive based system replaced the previous DVD system and includes live traffic updates.

Upscale F Sport and Sport Luxury model gain electronic adjustment for the front passenger seat. A Mark Levinson audio system is now standard on Sport Luxury models and you can include this with parking sonar and a moon roof in an extra-cost enhancement pack for F Sport.

Underneath, Lexus has fitted revised shock absorbers as part of a suspension upgrade to improve the ride of the hybrid hatchback.

And two new colours debut – White Nova (only on F Sport) and Premium Silver.

The full Lexus CT 200 h range is:
Prestige $39,990
Luxury $46,990
F Sport $50,990
Sports Luxury $57,990
