Range Rover has confirmed its all-new model range will be boosted by the arrival of a new supercharged 3.0-litre V6 petrol engine.
Expect the new powerplant to be on-sale in Australia by next Spring.

Range Rover says the supercharged V6 will be good for 250kW/450Nm and, like the rest of the all-new Range Rover lineup will drive through the silky eight-speed automatic transmission.
Zero to 100km/k takes 7.4 seconds and the towing capacity will be 3500kgs.
All of this with fuel consumption claimed to better the previous naturally-aspirated V8 by 15 per-cent.
No word yet on local pricing.
