Could the new Mazda KOERU concept be a new SUV for the Japanese brand? Some people believe that concept to be unveiled at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show could be a new Mazda CX-4.
Mazda has had a history of releasing concept cars at motor shows that closely resemble production ready cars. In recent history they have unveiled the Minagi that went on to become the CX-5 and the Hazumi which is the current Mazda2.
KOERU means to exceed or go beyond which Mazda believe is the perfect word for their new crossover SUV.
Could Mazda be setting themselves up to go head to head with the BMW X4 and Mercedes Benz GLC?
