The all-new Mitsubishi Mirage is produced at the company’s new Laem Chabang Plant in Thailand – its third plant in Thailand and the largest outside Japan.

Mitsubishi claims the Mirage, with it’s new 1.0-litre, three-cylinder engine with auto start/stop and driving through the latest CVT automatic transmission, is the most fuel-efficient petrol-powered car in Japan. Under Japan’s ‘Eco-Car’ classification this delivers tax savings to Mitsubishi Mirage owners.

In Thailand, the Mitsubishi Mirage is powered by a 1.2-litre four-cylinder engine.

In Japan, Mitsubishi is offering the Mirage in three model grades.

However at this stage Mitsubishi Australia has not revealed any details of local plans or specifications for the Mirage.
