Mazda has ramped-up its standard safety technology for the all-new Mazda6 range with news it’s clever ‘i-ACTIVSENSE’ package is available from launch later this year.
Despite is cumbersome moniker, Mazda’s ‘i-ACTIVSENSE’ smartly bundles together a raft of cutting-edge driver aid systems under one package.
Mazda Australia is still working through the details of ‘i-ACTIVSENSE’ to determine how much can be included in the local Mazda6 range.
Included in the system are: adaptive cruise control, forward obstruction warning, lane departure warning, rear vehicle blind spot monitoring, high-beam control, adaptive front lights, smart brake and smart city brake support and automatic transmission acceleration control.
The more we hear about the all-new Mazda6 the more we think this could be a game-changer for the mid-size sedan and wagon market segment.
