Chrysler AU Reveals Price and Specs Of 300 SRT Pacer, 50 Units Only

The 2020 Chrysler 300 SRT Pacer pays tribute to the 1969 Valiant Pacer which will be celebrating its 50th birthday this year with a 50-unit limited run priced from $69,950.

The limited run is based on a 300 SRT Core which already features Brembo brakes, a limited slip differential, sports suspension, an active exhaust, a tuned steering system and launch control as standard. The Pacer doesn’t get any additional power but we reckon that the 350kW and 637Nm generated by the 6.4-litre HEMI V8 is more than enough.

As for the exterior, the special edition 300 SRT is available in Bright White, Gloss Black and Ceramic Grey, it gets red and black decals across the lower bumper, down the sides of the car with HEMI printed at the end of it and along the boot lid. It also gets ‘Pacer 392’ decals on the front fenders which references the engine’s imperial displacement of 392 cubic inches, a nod to classic muscle cars.

Inside, the limited edition gets ‘Pacer 392’ sill trim while the front floor mats have ‘Pacer’ written on them. Additionally, the centre console is decorated with a special plaque. Speaking of plaques, there is an individually numbered build plate in the engine bay.
