The Mercedes-Benz E 63 AMG – the best high-performance European sedan Car Showroom has tested – gets even better with news of a new 437kW/800Nm ‘S’ model which has just been announced in Britain for June production. That’s 21W/80Nm more than the already stunning E 63 AMG!
Zero to 100km/h is arrived in just 4.1 seconds (sedan) and 4.2 seconds (Estate) – 0.1 seconds faster than the regular E 63 AMG.
On the outside the Mercedes-Benz E 63 AMG S scores a high-gloss black front apron with sliver-shadow splitter, side sill panels and rear trim strip with sliver shadow inserts, body-coliur AMG rear spoiler, titanium matt grey 19-inch AMG alloy wheels, red brake calipers anda red ‘S’ badge on the rear.
Inside look for an AMG instrument cluster with red highlights and ‘S’ badging, while LED illumination, AMG door sills, an electric rear roller blind in the sedan, AMG emblems in the headrests, silver seat belts and black nappa leather seats with contrasting grey stitching.
